Tagsmate Wallet Review
A Ridge inspired AirTag Wallet
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. AirTag Wallets are here today. Since their release by Apple in 2020 they’ve already gone on to become one of the most popular methods for tracking and spun a new type of wallet – The AirTag Wallet. Today we’re going to be looking at Tagsmate’s Minimal Series Wallet. One that perfectly encompasses an airtag but within a slim, minimalist-sized wallet.
The first thing to note is the Tagsmate wallet resembles the same design as the famous Ridge Wallet. From its size and dimensions to its methods of storage the whole Tagsmate wallet is one big Ridge Wallet Knock-Off. But that’s not to say that’s a bad thing. After all, the Tagsmate wallet comes in significantly cheaper (at just $39.95), while also adding additional benefits in its ability to store an AirTag.
The wallet itself stores your credit/debit cards in what I dub a plate system. Two aluminum plates sandwich together cards in between being held together by elastic for a snug and secure fit. In total, the Tagsmate wallet can store up to 10+ cards. An elasticated cash strap on the back allows for banknotes to be folded and stored undeath – very efficient. The AirTag itself is stored within a dedicated slot directly on the front plate of the wallet. It simply snaps into place and is very secure so you won’t need to worry about it accidentally dropping out.
Overall, I found the Tagsmate wallet to be very effective. It’s made from high-quality materials, small in size, yet has a fantastic capacity for cash and cards. The ability to store an airtag is just an added bonus. For more information on the AirTag Wallet by Tagsmate visit their official website using the link below.
