Affordability meets Minimalism

The Bulliant Wallet is an Amazon-only wallet that’s most compelling features are its attractive price tag and ultra-thin design coming in at just 3.15” x 4.5” (slightly larger than a traditional credit/debit card). The Bulliant Brand itself offers a range of leather style wallets to choose from with their skinny minimalist wallet, the one we’ll be reviewing today, being their most popular in the range. Let’s now take a quick look at what the Bulliant Wallet can offer you.

As previously said, The Bulliant Wallet is made for those who tend to carry less or want to begin the process of slimming their everyday carry. Its smaller size, and ultra-thin profile, mean the wallet is great at seamlessly fitting in any pocket without being felt and creating too much discomfort. But as with any minimalist wallet, this does come with the caveat of less space and less capacity for storage of cash and cards. At its max, the Bulliant Wallet can store between 5 - 7 cards easily with another dedicated slot for cash. One of these slots is also an ID Card slot which is a nice addition. The wallet is laid out nicely and includes a quick access slot for easy access to your most used card(s), along with including RFID Blocking technology to prevent you from contactless card fraud.

The biggest issue with the Bulliant Wallet comes down to its choice of material. Being made from a fairly poor quality Genuine Leather, it’s apparent from when you first unbox the wallet doesn’t have a premium quality to it, feels cheap with a plastic-like texture. It does pose the question of how well the wallet will fair over extended use and whether you’ll have to end up replacing the wallet not too long due to its poorer quality and craftsmanship. One good aspect is the range of colors the Bulliant Wallet can be purchased in. From red, green, and even pink, the customization and breadth of variations is refreshing and among the highest, I’ve seen in quite some time.

Overall, all things considered, The Bulliant Wallet is a fine little wallet. It’s a great budget option coming in at just $12.99 and this cheaper price is reflective of its poorer quality. If quality isn’t an issue to you, and you just want a functional minimalist wallet, then it’s a great pick. The Bulliant Wallet is considered a ‘Copycat Wallet’ (read more on this here), so please keep this in mind before purchasing it.
