The Voss Wallet Reinvents the Everyday Carry with NanoBrei
A stitchless, ultra-durable wallet made from groundbreaking NanoBrei material.
A new Kickstarter campaign is turning heads with its bold take on wallet design. Meet the Voss Wallet, a minimalist reimagining of the traditional wallet, crafted from a proprietary material known as NanoBrei a textile thinner than leather, stronger than denim, and more durable than both.

The creators of the Voss Wallet set out with a simple yet ambitious goal: strip away everything unnecessary from a wallet while enhancing the things that matter. The result is a stitchless, ultra-slim form factor constructed from a single folded and bonded sheet of NanoBrei, paired with an integrated RFID-blocking liner made from raw wood-derived cellulose.

NanoBrei is a material that took two years to develop, offering not only strength and wear resistance but also a premium texture that stands up to everyday use without fraying, tearing, or aging poorly. Unlike typical leather or fabric wallets, the Voss is built to last a lifetime without compromising aesthetics.
The wallet comfortably fits banknotes from across the Americas, South Africa, and Australia. For countries with larger currency sizes like the UK, Europe, and Japan, the team plans to launch a slightly larger VossWallet L version to accommodate.
Offered in three distinct colours, the Voss Wallet blends cutting-edge materials with sharp design and thoughtful usability. The Kickstarter campaign is live now, inviting early backers to support the first run of what could be the next big innovation in minimalist carry.

The VOSS Wallet is a refreshing take on minimalist design, and I always find it interesting to compare new launches to both current and past releases. With its ultra-thin form factor, it immediately stood out visually—and my first thought was how closely it resembles the Nano Slim Wallet, right down to its layout. Other wallets that come to mind include the Mighty Wallet and the original Dun Wallet, all of which share a similar folded aesthetic.
The campaign is set to run through most of June and, like many modern Kickstarter launches, it set a modest funding goal—one it’s already surpassed. Still, I’m curious to see how the broader wallet community responds and whether this project will gain any real traction beyond early backers. Whether it climbs to notable funding milestones remains to be seen. You can check out the VOSS Wallet and watch the full campaign unfold using the link below.
