Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is All The Wallets, operated by James Thomas (allthewallets.com). Any questions about the giveaway can be sent to hello@allthewallets.com.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 or over at the time of entry, subject to the laws of the entrant's country of residence. It is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that entering a free prize draw is permitted where they live. Employees of All The Wallets and their immediate families are not eligible to win.

3. How to Enter

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. To enter, submit your first name and email address through the entry form at allthewallets.com/win-a-wallet and confirm your subscription using the link in the confirmation email we send you. Only confirmed subscribers are entered into the draw. There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries made through automated means, or that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent, will be disqualified.

4. Entry Period and Draws

The giveaway runs on a rolling monthly basis. A separate draw is held for each calendar month, with entries for that month closing at 23:59 UTC on the last day of the month. Once you are a confirmed subscriber you are automatically entered into every monthly draw for as long as you remain subscribed. You do not need to re-enter each month.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One winner is selected at random from all confirmed subscribers after the close of each monthly entry period. The winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter, within a reasonable period after the draw. The winner must respond to confirm their prize within 14 days of being contacted. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, All The Wallets reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

6. The Prize

The prize for each month is the specific wallet featured on the giveaway page for that month. The prize is as stated, is non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative. All The Wallets will arrange delivery of the prize to the winner. Where the prize is shipped internationally, the winner is responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes that may apply on delivery to their country. All The Wallets is not responsible for prizes lost or delayed in transit once dispatched.

7. Subscription and Ongoing Eligibility

Entry to the giveaway is tied to your subscription to the All The Wallets mailing list. If you unsubscribe, your entry ends and you will not be included in future draws unless you re-enter and confirm again.

8. Your Data

The personal data you provide (first name and email address) is used to administer the giveaway and to send you the All The Wallets newsletter. We never sell or share your data. Data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

9. Social Media

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platform. Following our social accounts is optional and is not required to enter or win.

10. General

All The Wallets reserves the right to amend these terms, or to suspend or cancel the giveaway, where reasonably necessary or due to circumstances beyond its control. In all matters relating to the giveaway, the decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entering the giveaway confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
