Ogon, who are famed for their very popular hard-case wallets, have recently joined the Cascade wallet game (or pop-up wallets as they’re more commonly called). For those who don’t know cascade or pop-up wallet use an ejector system that at a push of a button instantly pushes your credit/debit cards out in an easy to access way. This style of the wallet has been increasing in popularity for years now with the likes of Ekster and Secrid dominating the market. 

But there’s no doubt that Ogon themselves have created a very attractive, functional, and innovative cascade wallet that may rival the big brands. The first thing to note is the Ogon is wallet is highly functional. Along with the cascading mechanism that can store between 1 – 8 cards, the wallet is wrapped in a beautiful leather material that takes the form of a tr-fold style wallet and adds additional functionality for added card and banknotes storage. The range of customization options that Ogon provides for this wallet is noteworthy. This includes a sleek array of choices from Vegan, luxury, or glossy style leather through to a variety of textured surfaces and color options. 

Coming in at a price tag of around $60.00 – $75.00 (€49.00) the Ogon is very fairly priced and comes in cheaper than other popular cascade wallets on the market. With that being said, I also don’t see any disadvantages of paying this lower price as the wallet doesn’t lack anything other brands don’t have. Overall, I think Ogon have done a great competitive job of developing their own cascade wallet and think it would be a great addition as anyone’s next wallet.
