The Slim carry wallet by Ikepod is the most popular wallet from the Ikepod range. The wallet itself is a very classically designed bi-fold wallet made from full-grain leather. Ikepod is a brand American-made brand with an emphasis on products that are both elegant and functional in design yet offer a certain level of functionality. Along with wallets they offer other EDC goods including the likes of gats, key chains, and a range of warm winter clothing.
The wallet most notably resembles the design of the popular Bellroy Notesleeve wallet with the layout design, and pull tab all being present in the same place. The key difference between the two is the inclusion of an ID Card slot on the Ikepod Wallet located on the left-hand side of the bi-fold. This enables you to easily store and show any ID or employee card without the need to remove it from the wallet. A traditional full-width slot at the slot resides for storing banknotes flat and can accommodate any number of currencies from USD to GDP.
The wallet is best suited for people looking for a classic design with a great variety of features. The wallet doesn’t excel at any one thing, but that wallet does more than most and does it at a good level. Access to cash and cards is easy thanks to the many card slots and included pull tab and the ID slot is a nice addition for additional ease of use.
