warranty policy
Loyal Stricklin stands by its products, and will happily fix any issues with craftsmanship (faulty stitching or hardware) within the warranty period (limited lifetime warranty). If your Loyal Stricklin item has a defect or needs a repair, please content them directly and they will send you further instructions. The buyer pays to ship both ways, but the repairs are free.
Returns policy
Loyal Stricklin will gladly accept returns for exchange within 14 days of delivery for store credit only, minus the cost of shipping. If you ordered an item with a "free shipping" option, then the full cost of the item minus the actual shipping will be refunded. This includes items that have been ordered but have not yet shipped.
